Boil the assorted meat

Blend the atarodo and fresh pepper fry the paste in well bleached palmoil for some minutes.pour in the assorted meat and stock boil the sauce uncovered untill the oil settles on top.

Add all other ingredients and the boiled egg and boil for some minutes.peppered sauce is ready.

Parboil and wash rice.boil water add salt to it and rice and boil.
