Wash gunde and keep aside

Now fill an earthenware pot by water,place salt and 2 tbsp crushed mustard seeds,place all gunde in it,keep cover it and keep in sunshine for 2 to 3 days

After 3 days drain water,wash it,and place on towel for a bit dry

Now in a big pan add oil appx 1 kg,add all fennel,fenugreek,asafoetida and nigella seeds,saute for a minute

Now place gunde and all powder spices,give a nice mix and off the flame

Cool it and put in an earthenware or glass jar by covering completely by oil,if you see oil is not enough,then heat more oil,cool it then pour on gunda jar and close it

Serve with paratha
