  • 4 tspGhee:

Steps

  1. 1

    Aik poot mein maida, cheeni, ghee, sooji daalain. Mix karain aur doodh se ghoondh lain aur 2 hours k liye rakh dain.

  2. 2

    Fry pan mein oil dalain jab garam ho jae tu stove ki flame low kr dain.

  3. 3

    Meethi tikkiyan k ameezy ko rolling pin ki madad se bail lain aur cutter ki madad se in ki shape banae. Aur fry pan mein daalte jaen. Jab golden ho jaen tu in ko plate mein rakh dain chai k sath serve karain.
