Sab se pehly gajjar ko ache se dho kar chil lain aur phir kadokash kar lain.

Ab isko haliki anch PAR 10 minutes paka lain k pani chore dain.

Ab is mai Chinni daal kar gajjar galne taq paka lain,

Gajjar gal Jae to ghee shamil kar lain.

Aur ache se bhon lain k pani na rahe.(NOTE, best result k liye gajjar k halwe ko siraf bhon kar hi rakhain. Jab zaroorat ho hasb e mansha nikal kar Khoya aur dry fruits daal kar garam karain aur nosh farmain.)

Jab khana ho to garam karain aur uble ande barik Kate Howe, Badam, kajo, pista, Kishmish aur Khoya daal kar mix kar lain. Mazedaar gajjar ka halwa tayar hai.
