Ingredients

  • 1 cuprice flour
  • 1/4 cupcoriander leaves finely chopped
  • 1 tspcarrom seeds
  • 1green chilli finely chopped
  • as per tasteSalt
  • as neededOil for cooking

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl take rice flour,add 3 cups of water. Mix well.Then add coriander leaves,green chilli,carton seeds and salt. Mix well. Babru batter is ready.keep this aside for about 30 minutes.

    Now take a pan,add 1 tsp oil and spread all over pan. Now pour one big spoon of batter on pan.Spread it.

    Cook from both sides. Repeat this process with remaining batter. Chawal ke babru is ready. Serve it with any curry or chutney.
