Dragon Potato: This dish is filled with spiciness, flavour & also amazingly made. The different sauces & crispy juicy potatoes compliment each other so well.
Steps

Peel the potatoes and slice them into wedges.

Soak them in water for about half an hour.

In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour, cornflour, salt and pepper. Add enough water to make a batter.

Dip each potato wedge and deep fry them until crisp. Fry the wedges separately or they will stick together.

In a non-stock pan, heat some oil. Add ginger-garlic paste and let it cook. Then add onions and saute them. Saute capsicum. We need the veggies to be crisp. So don’t cook them.

Now add tomato ketchup, green chilli sauce, red chilli sauce and schezwan sauce and cook for a minute or two.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Now add the fried potato wedges and mix well until all the wedges are completely coated with the sauce.

Garnish with chopped green onions and enjoy hot.
