  2. Vegetable oil
  3. cubesSeasoning
  4. Onion
  5. Ginger
  6. Garlic
  7. Cameroon pepper
  8. Thyme
  9. Curry
  10. to tasteSalt

  1. 1

    Cut and wash the fish into desirable sizes. Drain in a colander

  2. 2

    In a pot, add little water, sliced onions, thyme, curry, Cameroon pepper and salt bring to boil, then add the fish cook for 7 minutes.

  3. 3

    Then fry in a hot vegetable oil.
