Take a bowl add rice,wheat flour, green chilli ginger paste,red chilli powder, haldi powder,dhania,jeera powder,hing,salt,oil,sugar, coriander leaves, lemon juice and mix well.

Mix well and need a dough.,no need to add water.

Grease your hand with a oil and shape Muthia

Heat oil in a pan on medium heat.add mustard seeds,and cumin seeds and let them sizzle.

Add hing,red chilli powder, haldi powder,dhania powder,saute 20 second.add 1- cup water.

It starts to boil add Muthia one by one.cooked Muthia 10 minutes.

Add yogurt,, mix well.cooked 5- minutes.turn off the stove.

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve hot.
