Cut your burns horizontally, wet a slice of bread and remove excess water, take your minced meat, add paprika, salt, knor cube and the wet bread slice....mix together with your hands to combine everything

Make a round pieces, flatten with your hand, shallow fry with little oil until its well cooked, assemble by starting with the bottom burn, lettuce, onion, tomato sprinkle a little salt then your cooked minced meat ball

Sprinkle tomato sauce on top of the burger meat, add the top burn, put a skewer in the middle to hold up everything.....enjoy with you favourite drink!
