Palak corn cutlets / spinach corn cutlets

Ingredients

  1. 1 bunch palak / spinach
  2. 250 gmcorn
  3. 3-4boiled potatoes
  4. as per tasteSalt
  5. 2 tea spoonred chilli powder
  6. 1.5 tea spoondhaniya powder / coriander
  7. 1 tea spoonjeera powder / cumin
  8. A pinchHing / asafoetida
  9. 1/2 tea spoonsugar
  10. 1 tea spoonamchur powder
  11. as neededAnardana
  12. 1 tspAjwain / carom
  13. as neededBread crumbs or cornflour or makkai aata
  14. as neededOil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Blanch palak in hot water and then in cold water

  2. 2

    Boil corn and strain water

  3. 3

    Take palak and corn and make coarse mixture

  4. 4

    Separate and keep some corn aside

  5. 5

    Mashed potatoes add coarse mixture of palak and corn and add all spices add corn kept aside

  6. 6

    Add bread crumbs or cornflour or makkai aata and make cutlets and keep in refrigerator for 15-20 minutes

  7. 7

    Fry in oil and serve with chutney
