Ingredients

10 mins.
  • 1 cuppoha washed
  • 2 1/2 cupmilk
  • as per tasteSugar
  • 3 spoonsmalai of milk
  • as neededKaju, badam (cashew,almonds)finely chopped
  • as neededDry dates soaked for few mins in water and then finely chopped
  • 1 spoonghee
  • 1 tspElaichi powder / cardamom

10 mins.
  1. 1

    Take a kadai. Add all the ingredients and mix it well.

    Keep it on gas and cook for around 10 mins.Keep stirring.

  3. 3

    Your instant kheer loaded with dryfruits is ready.Serve chilled.It tastes yumm.
