1 cuppoha washed
2 1/2 cupmilk
as per tasteSugar
3 spoonsmalai of milk
as neededKaju, badam (cashew,almonds)finely chopped
as neededDry dates soaked for few mins in water and then finely chopped
1 spoonghee
1 tspElaichi powder / cardamom

Take a kadai. Add all the ingredients and mix it well.

Keep it on gas and cook for around 10 mins.Keep stirring.
