Steps

In a large vessel take 1 1/4 water, 1/2tsp oil and salt, let the water to boil.

Adjust the flame to low-medium.

Add 1 cup rice flour to the boiling water and stir well
- 4
Mix well until the dough is formed. Switch off the flame.

Grease the hands with oil, knead the dough until it becomes soft.

Make lemon sized balls from the dough, cover it with lid.

Make soft and round pathiri from the balls either with pathiri press or rolling pin.

Heat the pan in medium flame. Place the rolled pathiri on pan for few seconds then cook the other side.

Press gently the puffing pathiri, don't roast more as it become hard.

Dip the pathiri in coconut milk and serve it with gravy, enjoy the taste😋
