Ingredients

  1. Chicken breast
  2. 1zucchini
  3. 2carrots thinly sliced
  4. 2bell pepper coloured
  5. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  6. 2tomatoes
  7. 1 tsptomato paste
  8. 1 tsppaprika
  9. 1large onion
  10. Oil
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. 1/2 cupchicken broth

    Wash and pat dry the chicken

    Heat a pan then add oil till hot. Add the chicken and let them brown on each side 3 mins without turning

    Meanwhile as the chicken is cooking prepare your other ingredients

    Add onions and carrots saute for 2 mins then add spices.Add ginger garlic paste stir inn.

  5. 5

    Add bell pepper,zucchini and tomatoes. Toss to incorporate and blend the flavors.

    Add tomato paste and a tablespoon or two of chicken broth.

    Cook stirring continually ensuring they do not stick at the pan. If the chicken is too dry add a 1/4 cp chicken broth,stir well turn off the heat n let it simmer for 10 mins then serve
