  • Salt
  • Crayfish
  • Palmoil
  • Pepper
  • cubesKnorr
  • Onion
  • Meat
  • Pomo
  • Stockfish
  • Waterleaves
  • cubesKnorr

Steps

  1. 1

    Season and cook the pomo, meat and stock.

  2. 2

    The stock will dry up so don't add much water

  3. 3

    Wash and slice the vegetables ukazi, ugu, waterleaves. slice them separately.

  4. 4

    Fry uncovered let the water from the waterleaves reduces.

  5. 5

    Put in the pomo,meat and stockfish

  6. 6

    Put salt and knorr cubes let all taste together before putting the ukazi leaves.

  7. 7

    Bleach the palmoil and fry the onion and waterleaves.

  8. 8

    Stir the soup cook for the ukazi to soften then finally ugu.

  9. 9

    Blend crayfish,pepper and add to it.

  10. 10

    Before putting the ukazi leaves pound lightly.
