Ingredients

  1. 1 poundgai-lon, organic
  2. 1 cupmushrooms, organic
  3. 3 tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil, organic
  4. 1 tablespoonminced garlic organic
  5. 1/2large onion, organic

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the vegetables. Chop the gai-lon.

    Heat the oil add the gai-lon, onions, and garlic. Add salt stirfry.

    Slice the mushrooms and add. Coat each one in the oil while stirfrying. When the mushrooms cook through it's done. Serve I hope you enjoy!!
