Ingredients

  1. 500 gmChicken
  2. 5-10cashew nuts chopped
  3. 1medium onion chopped
  4. 10-12curry leaves chopped
  5. 2-3green chilli chopped
  6. 1 tbspyogurt
  7. 1 tspginger paste
  8. 1 tspgarlic paste
  9. 1 tspcumin powder
  10. 1 tspred chilli powder
  11. 1 tspgaram masala powder
  12. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  13. to tasteSalt
  14. 1 cupchickpea flour
  15. as neededOil to deep fry

Cooking Instructions

    First take a bowl in it add the chicken pieces. In the chicken pieces ginger paste, garlic paste, salt mix them well and set aside for 10 minutes.

    After 10 minutes add cumin powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder. Mix it well.

    Now add the cashew nuts, onion, green chilli, curry leaves into the chicken pieces. And mix it well. Now add the yogurt mix it well then add the chickpea flour and mix it well.

    Now heat oil in a kadhai when the oil is medium hot add in the chicken pieces one by one. Fry them and then take out in a paper napkin.

    Serve the chicken pakodas hot with lemon wedges and green chutney.
