Ingredients

  1. 1/4 kgGram Flour
  2. 2 pinchChilli Powder
  3. 4 pinchSalt
  4. 4 pinchTurmeric Powder
  5. 1 bunchFresh Coriander
  6. 1/2 kgChicken Breasts
  7. 2 tbspCurry Paste

Cooking Instructions

    Pan fry the diced chicken and curry paste with a dash of oil until the chicken is cooked through

    Add the flour, chilli powder, turmeric and salt to a mixing bowl. Add water slowly and mix until a thick batter forms. Chop a handful of fresh coriander finely and add to the batter.

    Dip the cooked chicken into the batter until completely covered, then deep fry each piece until golden brown

  4. 4

    Serve with chilli sauce, raita or other dipping sauces
