In a mixture jar put lichi,sugar,1 cup of water,blend all things well.

Add mint leaves,salt,ice cubes,blend it again.

Now strain it,pour it in a glass,add 1 cup more water,mix it again.

Garnish it with mint leaves & cacumber slices.

It is seasonal, delicious drink for summers.
