Very easy and fresh side dish. Perfect for hot summers!

Steps
- 1
Chop the fresh coriander and chilli. (Don't worry about chopping them too fine as later we are going to use a blender).
- 2
Heat cumin seeds over a tawa or a pan for 1 minute. Keep stirring with a spoon.
- 3
Pour the curd into the blender jar. Add the chopped coriander, chilli, cumin seeds, salt and blend for 10-20 seconds. (You can refrigerate the curd for sometime before starting with the recipe if you want the dish to be cold!)
- 4
Pour the blended mixture into the bowls as required. Garnish with cumin/dry coriander powder. At last you can also place a fresh coriander leaf in each bowl!
- 5
Serve as a side dish with vegetable pulav (pilaf), roti sabzi, dal rice etc. Or have it as it is :)
