Wash, drainand soak Poha Divide it in 5 portion Leave one portion plain for white look. Add vegetable in other portions in separate bowls and grind in mixi or mix well by hand

Add salt to taste and mix biryani powder (pinch in each bowls)

Use little water if required.Needed well and make smooth dough.

Make oval shaped balls and slit in length wise by knife.

Make stuffing by mixing garlic cheese spread,grated carrot and little Maggi masala in a bowl. and fill into the Oval cham cham.

Now place all cham Cham in idli cooker.Cover and steam on a moderately high heat for 8 to 10 minutes.

After a while, transfer the cham cham to a plate and cool completely. For topping,take garlic cheese spread and Maggi masala in a bowl and mix well. Fill in pipping bag and do the topping like icing.

For garnising use tomato slice and silver vark.
