I had been wanting to make some apple crisp, and that’s why I went to the store. I got a bag of apples... but then I got a bag of mixed berries and changed course when I saw some pre-made pie dough. Don’t judge, haha. I was planning on making my own, but I gave this a shot anyway. I thought it came out reasonably well. In retrospect, I thought I was supposed to weave the lattice over and under. Nonetheless, it worked out. Karl -

My daughter pesters me to make this for her.If you mix the custard cream VERY well immediately after heating in the microwave, you shouldn't get lumps. However, if you do happen to get lumps, please strain. Please adjust the cooking time according to your microwave's wattage. If you spread the tart crust dough while in the wrap, it's easier. To balance out the richness of the cheesecake filling, I added a generous amount of sweet and sour raspberries.Mix in each ingredient very well as you add them. The amount of gelatin needed will vary according to the type you use, so please adjust accordingly. If you use frozen berries to top the tart, mix them with nappage (readymade pie glaze). This will prevent the moisture from the berries from from soaking into the filling. Recipe by Pu-kosan. cookpad.japan -

I wanted to eat a fruit-filled tart on a hot summer's day, so I made this.Mixing a little custard to the filling is unbelievably delicious.Use your favorite fruits; the pastry glaze will dry and coat them beautifully, and I recommend it. Miniature Strawberry Tart Miniature Strawberry Tart
It's much easier to create various kinds of tarts with mini tarts, so I tried my hand at making mini tarts. The tart molds used in the picture are Matfer brand; about 6cm in diameter. If you pre-chill the shallow container for the custard in the refrigerator, it'll come out even better . You will have cream leftover. You might also want to try adding in some vanilla beans. The last weeks of August, just before returning to school after Labor Day, found us in the woods near our home near Belleville, Michigan, searching for ripe blackberries. Our arms and legs would be scratched up, our fingers and lips stained purple from the sweet berries, as many in our stomachs as in our baskets. Our Aunt Kay made the best blackberry tarts out of these wild-picked berries. She was a great cook, but her blackberry tarts and Christmas sugar cookies stand out in my memory. Adam Janowski -

I wanted to make a tart using vibrant cranberries and raspberries. You can use sweetened framboise sauce (raspberry sauce) instead of frozen strawberries. In that case, omit the sugar and lemon juice and simply mix the cranberries with the sauce. One large sized egg is probably enough to take care of both the tart crust and the almond cream. Strawberry Tart Strawberry Tart
An older woman at my company really likes this tart. It is becoming a tradition for me to make this cake every year on her birthday. I think this is the cake that I have made the most. The tart will be shiny when you brush glaze on the surface of the fruits, so I recommend doing that. When using the custard cream make sure to strain it once and then whisk the cream with whisk until it is smooth. Put the cream in a pastry bag and squeeze it out. If the dough is too soft when spreading it into the tart mold, chill it in the refrigerator. It will be easier to handle. Recipe by TIARARA cookpad.japan
