Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 6filo square sheets per tart
  2. Frozen mixed berries
  3. Melted butter
  4. Sprinkle of sugar
  5. Squeezelemon
  6. Icing sugar
  7. Cream, custard or ice cream to serve

Cooking Instructions

    Prep the filo sheets. Brush each sheet with a little melted butter. Layer up each sheet in a muffin tray

  2. 2

    Continue until 4 are ready. Trim them down a little with scissors (for decoration) add a good spoonful of frozen mixed berries into each. A sprinkle of sugar and a squeeze of lemon. Bake at 180 for about 10 mins

    Leave to cool a bit. Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve with cream, custard or ice cream :)
