Ingredients

6 to 8 people
  • Base:
  • 2 cupsgraham crackers (about 250 grams)
  • 7 tablespoonsbutter (about 100 grams)
  • Filling:
  • 1 cupmascarpone cheese (about 250 grams)
  • 2/3 cuppeanut butter (about 150 grams)
  • 1/3 cuppowdered sugar (about 50 grams)
  • 1/2 cupchocolate chips (about 100 grams)
  • 3/4 cupheavy cream (about 200 ml)
  • Topping:
  • as neededPeanut butter,
  • as neededHazelnut spread,
  • as neededCrumbled cookies,

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the base by mixing crushed graham crackers with melted butter to form a smooth mixture. Place it in a springform pan and refrigerate for thirty minutes.

  2. 2

    Next, prepare the filling. Whip the heavy cream and set aside. Then mix the mascarpone with powdered sugar and peanut butter. Fold the whipped cream into this mixture and add the chocolate chips.

  3. 3

    Take the base out of the fridge and pour the filling over it. Refrigerate for at least three hours.

  4. 4

    Decorate the cheesecake as desired with peanut butter, hazelnut spread, and crumbled cookies.
