Ingredients: 1 3/4 c flour; 3/4 tsp baking soda; 1/2 tsp baking powder; 1/2 tsp salt; 1/2 c banana mango puree; 1/4 c yogurt/mala; 1/2 c melted butter/oil; 1 tsp vinegar/lemon juice; 1/4 c sugar; 1/2 c mango juice; 1/2 tsp cinnamon; 1/2 tsp nutmeg; 1/2 tsp ginger powder; 1 tsp vanilla extract

This recipe had quite a twist. I had cut fruits to make a smoothie and my blender broke down so I decided to try making a cake then I forgot to add in eggs. 10mins into baking I realize it and say let it continue baking anyway. It turned out well

Ingredients

1 3/4 cflour
3/4 tspbaking soda
1/2 tspbaking powder
1/2 tspsalt
1/2 cbanana mango puree
1/4 cyogurt/mala
1/2 cmelted butter/oil
1 tspvinegar/lemon juice
1/4 csugar
1/2 cmango juice
1/2 tspcinnamon
1/2 tspnutmeg
1/2 tspginger powder
1 tspvanilla extract

Butter and flour your tin

Sift flour, baking soda and powder, salt and all spices together. Whisk in sugar and set aside

Mix all wet ingredients together then whisk into dry ingredients. Transfer to your tin and bake

I baked using charcoal jiko since there was no electricity last night. It took 25-30mins.
