Wash peel and very finely chop the onion in half moon shape

Place these in a big bowl and add salt

Push with your hands so that juicy start to came out from the onion

Then add chopped green chilli, nigella seeds rub in your palm

Mix well and start adding water one teaspoon at a time

The batter would be thick and should coat the chop onions well

Heat oil in a kadhai and drop a tablespoon full of the mixture

Keep the flame to medium

After a minutes turn the fritters and press gently with your spatula to flatten them

Serve hot with tea or coffee

Fry till crispy on both sides then take out the fritters
