Ingredients

  1. 400 gramsGrated Cassava
  2. 2 TbspTapioca Starch
  3. 220 mlCoconut Milk
  4. 1 cupgrated Coconut
  5. 1/4 tspSea Salt
  6. Palm Sugar Syrup
  7. 200 gramsPalm Sugar
  8. 3/4 CupWater
  9. 2Pandan Leaves
  10. 12Banana Leaves, cut into 15 x 20 cm then softened them by soaking in boiling water. Wipe dry on both side

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine palm sugar, water, and pandan leaf in a small pot. Bring it to a boil, lower the heat, and simmer until the sugar dissolved. Leave to cool.

  2. 2

    In a mixing bowl, mix together the grated tapioca, starch, coconut, milk, grated coconut, and salt. Pour in the sugar mixture and stir until well combined.

  3. 3

    Place the banana leaf on a clean work surface, then add 3 to 4 tbsp of tapioca mixture. Fold both sides inwards, and tuck in the two ends.(see. Video in my story). Steam for about 35 minutes minutes. Enjoy
