Boil water, add jelly crystals to prepare jelly. Cool and keep it in refrigerator for 2-3 hrs.

Now boil water add sev, cook and strain and keep it aside. Boil milk, add sugar and cool it completely and keep it in the fridge.

Now take glasses pour the syrup and rotate it, then add the sabja, jelly, and falooda sev. Then add chilled sweetened milk. Garnish with dry fruits.
