The herbs can add quite a strong taste, so it's good to add them gradually and adjust to one's preference.

Cook the bulgur according to package instructions. Set aside, and let it cool.

Chop the herbs, onion and spring onions. Combine with diced avocado and quartered cherry tomatoes. Add the bulgur and mix.

Add the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix well, and set aside for about 20 minutes before serving.
