Ingredients

  • 2 cupswheat flour
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1carrot
  • 1/2 tspsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Make a well in the center,add water and start kneading.

  3. 3

    Knead until the dough becomes soft,add 2 tbsp cooking oil and knead.

  4. 4

    Cover for 15 minutes.

  5. 5

    Knead again.Cut the dough in sizeable sizes,roll one at a time as you cook.
