Cooking Instructions

Soak the beans overnight
- 2
Place beans in a saucepa and cook on low heat. Cook for 25-40minutes. Cook till the water runs dry then add more water.

Add the millet leaves and cook for some minutes, add washed perfumed rice and stir everything together. Seal the pot with a wadhed rice sack, xover and allow to simmer for few minutes.

Continue to stir and check until the millet color goes round
- 5
Serve with stew, shito, boiled eggs or chicken or fish. Enjoy.
