Sushi Rice.
Rice for sushi and other asian foods.
Steps

First the formula. Put the vinager, the sugar and the salt and heat them. Dont let them boil!

When they are mixed put it aside

Put the water to boil.

When the water bubbled put the rice in.
- 5
Let it without cover until.the water is at the same level as the rice. Put them a cover and the heat to minimun.

Let it coock about 5 to 10 minutes. Them take it from the heat, but dont remove.the cover. Let it rest 10 minutes after this.

Mix the rice and the formula.slowly in a different place.
