Remove all dirt from the millet wash it well and dry.

Put the ginger and the red chilli grind it and then sieve to get the flour.

Add little water to the flour and mix it well to look like this

Get your pot put little water inside, and put a colander on it do not allow the water to touch the colander. As seen in the pictures below.

Get a piece of sack wash it and put it on the colander.

Then pour the mixture in it.

Then put it on fire, cover it well and allow it to cook for 25 minutes.

Now your Nyamri/Dambu is ready to take with fresh yoghurt/ kindirmo.
