Mix the tomato paste, paprika, cilantro and garlic mixture, and salt. Add about 1 small cup of water and blend into a paste. Rub this mixture onto the cleaned lamb pieces. Slice the onion and place it on top of the lamb. Let the meat absorb the spices as much as possible.

Place the lamb in a pot. Add about 1 small cup of vegetable oil and enough water to cover the meat. Cook until the meat is tender, then add the vegetables (green beans, zucchini, and chickpeas).

Steam the couscous twice (using the traditional method). Toss the couscous with butter and clarified butter, then pour the broth over it before serving.
