Steps
- 1
Grate the paneer into a large plate. Add all the vegetables and 1/2 tablespoon finely chopped green chili, then mix well.
- 2
Add the all-purpose flour, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, salt to taste, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder. Mix well, then shape the mixture into small balls.
- 3
Heat oil in a deep pan or wok. Fry the Manchurian balls over medium-low heat until golden brown, then remove from the oil.
- 4
Leave about 1 tablespoon oil in the pan and remove the rest. Add the finely chopped garlic, ginger, green chili, and green onion, and sauté lightly.
- 5
Add all the sauces and mix well. Cook for a short time.
- 6
In a small bowl, mix 1 teaspoon cornstarch with 1/3 cup water. Add this mixture to the pan, stir, and cook on medium heat for 1 minute. Then add the prepared Manchurian balls and mix gently.
- 7
Add salt and black pepper powder to taste, and mix well.
- 8
Add finely chopped green onion and mix. Turn off the heat.
- 9
Transfer the Paneer Manchurian to a serving plate. Garnish with finely chopped green onion tops and serve hot.
- 10
Paneer Manchurian is ready to serve.
