Spinach-Potato Stuffed Paratha
Cooking Instructions

In mixing bowl add all mentioned ingredients for making spinach dough...add little water if necessary to bind into semi soft dough.

In another mixing bowl,add & mixed all mentioned ingredients for stuffing to boiled & mashed potatoes mixture.

Knead the prepared spinach dough. Make 6 equal portions balls. Roll out one ball into 4" round roti.In center place one portion of prepared spicy potato mixture as shown. Gather all edges and make round flat ball... similarly prepared all.

Again roll lightly into 6" round semi thick paratha. Roast on hot nonstick tawa on both sides with ghee till golden brown spots appears. Similarly prepared all other spinach- potato stuffed parathas.

Serve/ Relish Hot Delicious Spinach- Potato Stuffed Parathas with any sweet-and-sour pickle or green coriander chutney with hot soup for complete healthy meal.
