Mix eggs and chicken stock in a plate

Tightly wrap the plate with saran wrap

Add water into a cooking pan about half way

Put a steam rack into the pan

Put plate on top of the rack
- 7
Bring the water to boil and down lower down the heat to medium
- 8
Cover the pan and cook for 7 minutes
