Cook the potatoes with salt and seasoning until 80% cooked and drain

Allow to cool a bit, chop the onions and tatashe

Break the eggs, whisk and add the onion

Dust the cooked potatoes with flour(lil salt and black pepper added)

Dip the potatoes into the egg mixture and fry in hot oil till golden brown(turn both sides)
