Ingredients

  1. 1 kgMutton liver
  2. 2 tbspGinger and garlic paste
  3. Red chili powder 1 tsp or to taste
  4. Red chili powder 1 tsp or to taste
  5. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  6. Cumin 1 tsp (toasted, crushed)
  7. Coriander 1 tsp (toasted, crushed)
  8. Black pepper 1 tsp (toasted, crushed)
  9. 1/4 tspAll spice powder
  10. Red chili 1 tsp (crushed)
  11. Onion 2 (chopped)
  12. Green chili 4 (thinly sliced)
  13. Fresh green coriander 2 tbsp (chopped)
  14. Tomatoes 250 gm (finely chopped)
  15. 1/4 tspDry fenugreek
  16. 1/2 cupOil
  17. 1Lemon juice of
  18. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Cut liver into small cubes.

  2. 2

    Sprinkle some chopped green chili, coriander leaves on top.

  3. 3

    Put the marinated liver on to the hot pan.

  4. 4

    Heat a griddle or frying pan and grease it.

  5. 5

    Marinate it in ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, crushed cumin, crushed coriander seed, crushed black pepper, all spice powder, chopped onion, dry fenugreek, crushed chillies, finely chopped tomatoes, lemon juice, oil and salt.

    Stir fry till the liver is cooked and the spices are well combined.

    Serve hot with Roti...
