Mix Chana daal and chopped lauki add tomato, turmeric powder and salt, 2.5 glass of water put in pressure cooker after 4 whistles close the stove.

Now we will prepare for tadka take 2 tablespoon of oil in a pan when oil become heat then add cumin seeds, mustard seeds,hing, cinnamon, cardamom,cloves,red chilli when all spices sizzle then add ginger,onion and green chilli when the colour of onion become Golden then add red chilli powder and garam masala fry them well now add pressure cooker daal mix them well when daal starts boil close stop and garnish with coriander leaves.

Now we will add fry garlic in ghee when it will become light brown then add in daal. Taste of garlic increase the taste of daal.Add extra ghee in daal.Now lehsuni Chana daal is ready to serve.
