Steps
- 1
Keep oil for frying in a wok
Take a handful of corn kernels in a bowl - 2
Now take all the ingredients in a food processor
Give a nice churn so that everything gets well incorporated - 3
Take the mixture out in a big bowl
Mix nicely using your hands
Add in the corn kernels you had kept away
So that they give you slight crunch after frying - 4
Shape up the kababs on an ice cream stick each
If time permits you can put them in the fridge for sometime before frying - 5
Heat up the oil in a wok
Fry the corn kababs 2-3 at a time
Don’t overcrowd them - 6
Be careful of corns as they splutter sometimes
- 7
Take out when nicely done
- 8
Drain them on an absorbent paper
Serve hot with ketchup
