Layered Vegetable Samose

Steps

Take maida,oil,salt,nigella seeds and soda bicarb in a bowl,mix and make a semi soft dough.Cover and leave for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile heat the oil in a frying pan,add chopped onion. Saute.

Add all the vegetables and spices,mix well cook for minutes on low heat.Add boiled potatoes,mix and let be cool.

Take out a golf ball sized dough and roll oblong with the help of rolling pin.Make cut on half portion.Fold as shown in picture.

Fill 1 tablespoon stuffing into cone,seal the edges.

Heat oil in a kadai,deep fry samose on low-medium heat till golden.

Serve hot with sauce.
