Ingredients

  • 1large onion finely chopped
  • 2carrots grated
  • 7big cloves of garlic grated
  • 2tomatoes grated
  • 1/2capsicum thinly sliced
  • 1coriander bunch finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsppilau masala
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper
  • 1/2garam masala
  • 1royco cube
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 1/2 cupsrice washed thrice
  • 5 tbspoil
  • 250 gboiled goat meat or chicken

Steps

  1. 1

    Put the oil in a pan and let it heat.add onions and carrot and let it saute until brown

    Add grated garlic and tomatoes and let simmer for 6 minutes or so.add the spices,royco cube,salt and boiled meat and cook for 5 more minutes

    Add water and let it boil.once boiled,add the washed rice and let it cook on medium high until half way cooked

  4. 4

    Then add the sliced capsicum and coriander leaves and cover.lower the heat to low and cover to cook until done.enjoy.

    You can have it with "CARROT PEAS STEW" in one of my recipes...simply amazing
