Ingredients

  • 3 cupsfreshly grated coconut
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 2 cupsAlphanso mango pulp
  • 1 tspcardamom powder
  • 7-8cashew nut for garnishing
  • 1 tspghee for greasing a plate

Steps

  1. 1

    We grated coconut with grater and mix with sugar in a large mixing bowl

    Keep in microwave for 5 mints 180 deg.Check the consistency of the mixture then add alphonso mango pulp in mixture mix well

  3. 3

    Keep in microwave ones again for 3 to 4 mints check the mixture becomes thick.Take a plate grease with ghee and pour mixture evenly.

    Cut pieces and garnish with cashew nuts.
