Sabudana Vada

In a kadhai, add 1 tsp oil and roast peanuts and then grind them.

In a mixing bowl add, 1 cup overnight soaked sabudana and grated boiled potatoes and grind peanuts.

To that add salt, kashmiri red chilli powder and black pepper powder and chopped coriander leaves. Use sendha namak in case of fast.

Mix well and make small ball from them.

Heat a appe stand and add some oil and place small balls in appe stand. Cover and cook for 4 minutes.

Once appe turn golden from bottom, flip them and cover and cook on other side.

Serve with hot tea and ENJOY!!!
