Preheat the oven in 180 degrees. In a large bowl mix the dry ingredient with a whisker. The cake flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and powdered vanilla extract (optional).

Using a hand mixer beat the butter until floppy and two times its size, mix in the eggs one at a time then mix in together with the dry ingredients and mix for 50 seconds.

Pour the pasteurized milk and the vanilla extract in the ingredients and mix with a whisker until all combined.

Add in your raisins. Using a nut grinder grind the nutmeg and pour it in the cake mixture, whisk it with a whisker until all combined together.

Grease two 9 inches of cake pan and share the batter into two and bake it inside the oven for 45 mins or when insert a wooden toothpick and came out clean.
