Preheat the oven in 180°.In a large bowl whisk all the dry ingredient.

Using a hand mixer beat the butter, egg until light and fluffy. Add the wet and dry ingredients together beat it with hand mixer until all combine.

In a separate cup add the coffee into the hot water and let it dissolve. Pour the coffee into the batter then add your butter milk and turn it with a silicon spatula until all combine.

Using a grater, grate the nutmeg into fine paste inside the batter add the vanilla and turn using the spatula.

Grease two 9 inches cake pan, and separate the batter into two equally in each pan bake for 20 to 45 mins.
