Ingredients

  • 1.dal chana 250 gm
  • 2.chicken 400 gm boneless
  • 3.lehsan cloves 10
  • 4.green chillies chopped 4
  • 5.ginger thin slices 5 to 6
  • 6.salt as per taste
  • 7.onion chopped medium size
  • 8.red chilli powder 1 tea spoon
  • 9.turmeric powder 1 /4 tea spoon
  • 10.cumin seeds 1 tea spoon
  • 11.black pepper powder 1 tea spoon
  • 12.coriander powder 1 tea spoon
  • 13.all spice powder 1 tea spoon
  • 14.red chillies 4
  • 15.coriander leaves 3 to 4 table spoon
  • 16.2black cardamom
  • 17.egg for frying kababs

Steps

  1. 1

    Add dal chana, chicken and all spices. Not add onion. Cook it for 7 to 8 minutes in pressure cooker. Until the water dried.

  2. 2

    Now the you can chopp the material of shami kabab in any that you have available.

  3. 3

    Add chopped onion and coriander leaves and make kababs.

    Fry them by using an egg. You can add some salt and black pepper in egg. Your kababs will ready.
