Try this sumptuous fried fish, Amritsar street style to make your match watching moments awesome.
Steps

Clean and slice the fish on your desired size pieces. Add ginger and garlic paste and coarsely crushed carom seeds.

Add gram flour, Yoghurt,salt, cumin powder and red chilli powder.

Add soda water and mix and keep aside for 20-30 minutes.

Heat oil in a wok and deep fry the fish pieces over medium flame till golden brown on each side.

Serve hot with sprinkle chaat masala powder and chutney of you choice.
