Corn and Paneer Vermicelli Balls

Since my childhood, I was always fed vermicelli as a dessert. And to find out years later that it can be used for other dishes as well was a great discovery for me. And so I prepared this for the mystery box challenge.

Corn and Paneer Vermicelli Balls
Since my childhood, I was always fed vermicelli as a dessert. And to find out years later that it can be used for other dishes as well was a great discovery for me. And so I prepared this for the mystery box challenge.

Steps

In a pan, heat some oil. Add the cayenne pepper, garam masala, turmeric, dhaniya powder and a little corn flour. Add onions. Mix well

Add the boiled potatoes, green chillies, corn and paneer. Add a little salt as well. Mix well. When fully cooked, turn off the stove.

Till then mix cornflour and maida with a little water to get a thick batter. Once the mixture cools, form small balls from the mixture. Cover the balls with the batter.

Now put the battered balls in the vermicelli till it is entirely coated.

Deep dry the balls in hot oil. Serve hot.
