180 gramshoney
4eggs
5 mlstrawberry essence
1/2 cupsprinkles

I used the all in one method...dump everything in a bowl apart from the sprinkles...add the sprinkles in the end

I baked in two tins....180 degrees for 25 minutes

Gluten free cakes will not rise as well as ones with all purpose flour
