4 slicesBacon Grill
1 SliceMonteray jack Cheese
5Small Cherry Tomatoes sliced in half
1Sprinkle Black Pepper
1 HandfulBany Spinach
And lastly the mayonaise
2 SlicesBread, white or brown

Grill the bacon grill just 2 minutes each side or longer for crisp bacon grill.

Butter the bread then add the Spinach on one slice, sprinkle Black pepper and a little salt.

Next add the tomatoes and grilled bacon grill while its hot add the monteray jack cheese on top of the bacon grill.

Next add the mayonaise about 1 tbls. Add the other buttered slice of bread on top. Press gently then cut the sandwich in half and serve.

I only started experimenting with herbs and spices and items I had never heard of before through joining Cookpad 2014 and I'm still learning new things. It is a passion of mine and I always invite my family around so I can create something new for them to try. my children grew up learning lots from me I have 3 daughters all with their own families and two Sons one who cooks for his family also my youngest son who is still at home with me,he comes up with some lovely meals and ideas so I'm proud of them all. 💜
